2020 Summer Conference: Software Tools Workshop

The 2020 UHMLG Summer Conference is focusing on tools to help with systematic reviews. With a workshop on Thursday and presentations on Friday, it promises to be an interesting, informative and practical event. With the opportunity to network with colleagues from across the HE and NHS sectors, it’s a great value event for all health and medical librarians.

Software Tools for Systematic Reviews: A Half Day Workshop from YHEC

The team from the York Health Economics Consortium (YHEC) will be delivering a half day training session for UHMLG Summer Forum attendees on software tools for systematic reviews (SR). This will include presentations and discussion about the main SR tools that manage the whole process (Covidence, DistillerSR, and EPPI Reviewer) and about the tools that are specifically designed to help with the record selection process (including Rayyan). There will be time for hands-on testing and playing with these tools, as well as discussion about other tools to manage SRs, and an opportunity to share experiences and learn from each other.
